Space Booking Policy

Conference & Event Planning Guidelines

Please submit your room booking request at least three days in advance of the event date. A confirmation of your booking will be sent to the email address provided.

Student Booking Requests

All student booking requests will be sent to NUGSS for review and approval prior to confirmation.

External Organizations

External organizations should contact Conference and Events Services directly for event space requests.

Contact Information
Please note, the Department, Program, or Student-Led Organization named on this form is responsible for the event. This includes ensuring the space is satisfactorily setup and the attendees needs are taken care of. For example: Catering, Audio-Visual, Directional Signage, Greet Guests, and other items as required.

Please note every attempt will be made to book the preferred location indicated, however if this space is not available another comparable space will be booked.
