- Students sometimes end up in between two academic years, due to the number of credit hours they transfer in with, and the number of UNBC program specific requirements that they have received credit for. Students are encouraged o speak with their advisor if they have any questions regarding how their transfer credit will be applied to their degree, and how this will affect their ability to progress through the program.
- Transfer Students without training in C++ need to do independent study at the beginning of the term. If you are in this situation contact one of the computer science faculty for advice.
- Transfer students are also encouraged to see their advisor regarding residency, especially students who have received transfer credit for or been waived from upper division coursework.
