Reporting to the Manager of Infrastructure and Operations in Information Technology Services (ITS), the Systems Administrator is a part of the ITS infrastructure team and will primarily provide systems-related and advanced systems support to other ITS staff. Services supported include core storage systems, virtual server and virtual desktop administration, server configuration, management, and patching, identity and access management, domain name services, email services, fault monitoring, and cloud services management and integration. This role will be focused on UNBC ITS’s cloud adoption strategy working with other systems administrators, and dev-ops staff to migrate UNBC services to AWS.
