Welcome to the UNBC Co-op Program

Students, whether you are you looking to integrate your learning with relevant work experience by doing co-op, or are generally interested in learning more about how to be career ready, the Career Readiness Course is for you! All students are welcome to self-enrol in the Career Readiness Course to learn more about how to articulate your skills, how to write resumes, and more. If you are interested in co-op, self-enrolling in the Career Readiness Course is the first step in joining the co-op program!

Employers, are you looking for a way to hire today’s best and brightest? Are you interested in helping mentor and shape the future workforce? Are you wanting a better connection to the UNBC academic community?

If you’ve answered yes to one (or more) of these questions, you’ve come to the right place.

The UNBC Co-op program offers:

• undergraduate students the tools and supports necessary to be successful in gaining relevant, paid work experience, before having graduated, and
• employers the opportunity to connect with and hire UNBC Co-op students to help move their organization forward.
