  • Announce APC membership
  • Create Collaborative Teams

July 2015

  • Collaborative Teams begin work
  • Finalize Terms of Reference for the APC
  • Finalize Terms of Reference for the Collaborative Teams
  • Begin UNBC community engagement with Collaborative Teams

August 2015

  • Present Collaborative Team reports to the APC

September 2015

  • Consolidate Collaborative Team reports into the draft APC Phase I Report
  • Review of draft Phase I Report

October 2015

  • Begin UNBC Community Engagement on draft Phase I Report
  • Begin External Community Engagement on draft Phase I Report

November 2015

  • Present engagement outcomes to the APC
  • Finalize Phase I Framework
  • Present Phase I Framework to Senate Committee on Academic Affairs (SCAAF)
  • Modify Phase I Framework, if required
  • Present Phase I Framework to Senate (for approval)

January 2016

  • Present Phase I Framework to Board of Governors (for information)

Expected Outcomes

  1. Completion of Phase I Academic Planning Framework
  2. Approval of Phase I Academic Planning Framework by Senate
  3. Proceed with Phase II Academic Planning process December 2015 to March 2017
