Contractor/Vendor Orientation
As the primary, UNBC is obligated to ensure that contractors and vendors receive appropriate safety orientation to the UNBC job site. All contractors and their personnel who will be on-site must complete this orientation prior to beginning work at any UNBC property.
Contractor personnel need to review the document and sign the rear page to indicate that they understand and agree to abide by UNBC requirements. Scans of the signed forms can be emailed to the UNBC work liaison.
