UNBC - Transcripts

- Official transcripts are released on request by the student and may be issued only directly to an institution, company, or agency via regular mail.

- Each transcript will include the student’s complete record at the University. Since credit earned and GPA are determined on the results of final grades, transcripts will not be issued during grade processing periods at the end of each semester.

- Requests for transcripts can be made online at www.unbc.ca/login or, by completing a Transcript Request Form available in the Office of the Registrar. Transcript requests will be processed and available for pick-up (if requested) within 2 business days.

Unofficial transcripts are available to students directly through UNBC Online Services, www.unbc.ca/login.

Please note: There is a $10.00 fee per transcript. Payment must be paid in advance to the Cashiers Office. The Cashiers Office can be contacted by phone at (250) 960-5631 or by email at cashier@unbc.ca.

Transcripts will not be released without advance payment of the required transcript fee, nor if there are outstanding holds on the student account. Refunds cannot be issured for transcript fees paid with holds remaining on account.

Unofficial (Web) Transcripts

These transcripts are unofficial and may be viewed on-line and printed through the UNBC Online Services secure website. These transcripts are an on-line working document intended for information purposes, and are available here. The student's ID and PIN are required to access this site.
