The
Quesnel River Research Centre is located approximately 95 km
east of Williams Lake with a driving time of about 1 hour. Driving time
from the main UNBC campus in Prince George is approximately 3.5 hours,
and driving time from Vancouver is about 8 hours.
The highway is paved to the access road leading to the site which is
located on the Quesnel River 2 km downstream of the outlet of
Quesnel Lake. The village of Likely is about 4 km by road.
Daily air and bus service is available in Williams Lake with
connections to Vancouver and beyond.
