The Post-RN program consists of two years of
study, designed to acknowledge previous learning and help the nurse
expand and update his/her knowledge and skills.
Graduates of this program will be grounded in community health and
aware of First Nations culture. There are opportunities to focus in a
particular area of nursing practice, namely Community Health Nursing,
Rural Nursing, First Nations Health and Nursing, Acute Care Nursing, or
Continuing Care Nursing.
