Natural Resources & Environmental Studies Publication Series
 


The Natural Resources and Environmental Studies Institute publishes both an Occasional Paper Series and a Research Extension Note Series
 
NRESI Occasional Papers are peer-reviewed publications of papers and symposia sponsored or produced by members of the Institute; they are an outlet for position, idea, concept and opinion oriented papers.  In addition, each spring the NRES Institute (with the support of Canfor) hosts an Annual Lecture Series and the written version of the presentations are published as part of this Occasional Paper Series. 
 
NRESI Research Extension Notes are peer-reviewed publications of the research findings of NRES Institute members and of graduate students in the NRES Graduate Program.  This series is intended to provide an outlet through which Institute members can make their research findings available to a non-technical audience. 
 
NRES Institute members interested in submitting either an Occasional Paper or a Research Extension Note should contact the current editor of NRESI publications, Dr. Art Fredeen.  Links to current submission guidelines for each series can be found below:
