NRES at UNBC
Natural Resources and Environmental Studies at the University of Northern British Columbia consists of two major components: the NRES Institute and the NRES Graduate Program. The NRES Institute is a formal association of UNBC faculty and affiliates that promotes integrative research to address natural resource systems and human uses of the environment, including issues pertinent to northern regions. Graduate students in the MA (NRES) and MSc (NRES), the integrated MNRES, and the PhD (NRES) degrees benefit from and contribute to integrated, interdisciplinary perspectives.
