Changes to the Workers Compensation Act

There has been a recent change to the Workers Compensation Act regarding incident investigations. In brief, a preliminary investigation must be completed within 48 hours and relevant changes implemented. A full investigation must be completed and submitted to WorkSafeBC within 30 days.
