Microsupport Service Charges
ITS Microsupport has initiated service charges for a limited
number of services. These service fees will assist
Microsupport to deliver services that have been requested but
not provided in the past.
- The support of computing equipment that is no longer on warranty. Please review the List of Supported Products and the List of Unsupported Products.
- The configuration of unique computer systems that differ from our
standard supported hardware or software. This includes custom
hardware or software installations and configurations.
The hourly service rate will be determined by the Chief Information Officer. If you have a
service charge query, please contact Microsupport prior to placing your
service request.
