Computer Relocation
IT Support is frequently asked to assist with UNBC Faculty and
Staff office relocations. If requested, Microsupport staff will assist with the physical move of equipment depending on our availability at the time of the move. Please place a Livetime support request well in advance of any planned office move.
- Microsupport staff will disconnect computer systems and prepare them for relocation.
- Microsupport
staff will reconnect computer systems in the new office. We will
ensure that there is an active network connection and if necessary, assist in reconnecting to new printers.
If the computers to be moved are Unsupported Products,
service charges will be applied at our normal hourly rate for any work performed by Microsupport
staff.
