What is my e-mail address and how do I access it?

Your e-mail address is:  username@unbc.ca

Where ‘username’ is your same username that you use for everything else.  To access your e-mail, follow these instructions:

  2. To access our new mail system you will need to have your domain in front of your username

Can I set up my Webmail on my computer at home (i.e. Microsoft Outlook)?
