Password Reset
When you get there, use your Student Number and PIN number to reset your password.
If you can not remember your PIN number, you have

- UNBC provides permanent email accounts to alumni. The email accounts are simply the student accounts that alumni used during their stay at UNBC. These accounts will not expire or be removed if they remain active. However, your password will expire after 425 days from the last password reset. If you can not access your email, chances are you need to reset it. Click here to reset your password.
- UNBC is will not provide support for any other services except email for alumni students. Email service does not include your H: drive or web space with UNBC.
- Alumni who are associated with UNBC as an employee, service representative, or any other way that requires computer access will still be able to use their existing account. However, some may be given a different ID than their Student ID.

If you have a lot of information on your H: drive or webspace you do not want to lose, please create a backup for your data.
- If you have not accessed your account in more than a year, it may be archived as an inactive account.
