1. We encourage you to apply early as space is limited.  New and returning students are encouraged to apply before:
   
   • February 1, 2012 for Spring and Summer 2012 semesters
   • March 31, 2012 for Fall 2012 and Winter 2013 semesters
   • October 1, 2012 for Winter 2013 semester
2. Applications are normally processed in order of date and time received.  Completing an application does not guarantee you a room.
3. If you want to live with one or more specific roommates, your application form and the application form(s) of each of your requested roommate(s) must mutally express your interest(s) to do so.
4. Housing and Residence Life will not discriminate as to suite assignments on the basis of race, colour, religion, national origin, ancestry or sexual orientation.  Housing and Residence Life reserves the right to assign roommates, to change room or building assignments, and/or to consolidate vacancies during the year by requiring residents to move from one accommodation to another. 

The fee schedule (subject to change) for the upcoming academic year is as follows:

$25.00	Non-refundable application fee
$25.00	Residence Infrastructure fee - per semester
$30.00	Residence Life Fee - per semester
$400.00	Confirmation fee (paid at time of offer acceptance - transferred to rent upon occupancy)
$2048.28	Semester fee for a room in a 4 bedroom suite (includes confirmation fee)
$2329.71	Semester fee for a room in a 2 bedroom suite (includes confirmation fee)
$181.08	Reserved Parking including HST
