The Northern Physiotherapy Day is a continuing professional development (CPD) and information event.

During the day, this special event will include a professional development session, a CPTBC Town Hall, and a PABC Town Hall. Participants can select which sessions they would like to attend.

The professional development session will be led by Carol Kennedy, with a focus on "Cervicogenic Headache". Objectives include:

• To be aware of the evidence supporting cervical spine involvement in headache
• To be able to identify the features suggestive of cervicogenic headache
• To have an awareness of management strategies for the treatment of the cervical spine for headache
• Exposure to examples of manual therapy and exercise interventions to improve headache symptoms arising from the cervical spin
