Discovery Frontiers address national research priorities and global challenges by supporting a small number of major new transformative and integrative activities.  This Discovery Frontiers initiative spans a range of disciplines including: evolution, climate change, productivity in managed systems, population dynamics, conservation, invasive species, extinctions, adaptation, and the diversity of life.

NSERC LOI Deadline: April 17, 2017

NSERC Application Deadline (if invited): August 25, 2017

Applications must be submitted to the Office of Research a minimum of 5 business days in advance of the agency deadline along with the completed and signed Grant and Contract Form.
