Lecture Abstract:

International students live and study within Canadian educational and cultural systems. Their study and life in Canada may be strongly influenced by their own culture and educational systems. Consequently, many students face challenges while studying in Canada. Challenges include immigration, cultural shocks, financial issues, academic, and climate. In this presentation, I will outline and discuss strategies that international students can take to minimize these challenges for a rewarding experience.

We look forward to seeing you there!
