UNBC will rename its Administration Building to Charles J McCaffray Hall at a special dedication ceremony on Wednesday, Sept. 28 at 2 p.m. The late Charles McCaffray was a visionary and thought leader whose work helped spearhead the campaign to establish a University in the North.
