Introduction
There are many Economics-related events throughout the year. The Department of Economics co-presents the Global Friday speaker series in conjunction with other departments in the College of Arts, Social & Health Sciences.
A popular event put on by Economics students is the Northern Economics Student Society annual symposium. Each year, expert speakers are brought in to discuss and debate a timely topic from an Economics perspective.
