All students who wish to graduate in 2010 (whether
you participate in the ceremony or not) are required to complete the "Application
for Graduation" form and pay the $40.00 application fee. If you are
on campus, you may pay the fee at the Cashier’s Office. Other payment
options include mailing your payment by cheque to the University, or paying by
telephone using your Visa, MasterCard or American Express Card. The
telephone number for the Cashier’s Office is (250) 960‑5631. Do NOT email
credit card information. The Application for Graduation form must be
submitted to the Academic Advising Centre no later than October 31, 2009.
For further information regarding the application process, please contact
Academic Advising at (250) 960‑6340 or advising@unbc.ca.
CONTACT INFORMATION
Please ensure that your email address, mailing address, and
telephone numbers are current with the Registrar’s Office and the Convocation
Office. This is critical to being able to contact you regarding
Convocation.
NAME CHANGE
If you have had any legal name
change since you commenced at UNBC (married; divorced etc.) and have not
notified the Registrar’s Office yet, now would be a good time to do
so. Whatever name you provided when you registered yourself the first
time at UNBC, is the name that will show on your parchment/certificate.
If this is not your legal name to match your government ID it is strongly
recommended that a Name Change form be completed at the Registrar’s Office
accompanied by the supporting government ID (i.e. driver’s license; birth certificate;
passport).
