University of Northern British Columbia Residences offers accommodation to conference groups, professionals, sports teams, visiting faculty and students.
Nestled high above Prince George on Cranbrook Hill our Residences offer
a magnificent view overlooking the main University campus and the City
of Prince George. The close proximity of the Residence buildings provides guests with easy access to on-campus activities.
Our two Residence buildings can provide accommodations for up to 500 people in four bedroom furnished suites.

- Fully furnished self contained 4 bedroom suites with living room, kitchen and bathroom.
- Bedrooms furnished with super single beds, computer desk and chair. Living room furnished with couch, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs. Kitchen equipped with full size fridge and stove.
- Coin operated laundry machines, pay phones and vending machines located on each floor.
- Large common room in each building equipped with TV and microwave available for meetings and social gatherings.
- Parking available close to the Residence buildings.
