Teaching and Research Interests

Dr. Tallman has been a professor with the School of Business at UNBC since 2000. His research interests include psychological contracts, leadership, employee attitudes and teams in business. Dr. Tallman's professional experiences include acting as General Manager for Stramline Copper Brass Ltd., Senior Vice-President of Operations with Duracell Inc., and Plant Manager of McLaren Foods.
