Sungchul
Choi is Associate Professor of
Marketing and holds a PhD in marketing from the University of Alberta. His
research interests include Behavioral Pricing, Promotions and Channels of
Distribution, Community Sustainability, and Fairness in Competitive Markets. He has received research grants from the Social Sciences and
Humanities Research Council of Canada, Western Economic Diversification Canada,
and Northern Development Initiative Trust. His research has been published in
leading journals. He is currently researching Ambiguity and
Gambling in Price Reduction Claims and Commercialization of Mountain Pine Beetle
Wood Concrete Products.
